How can we help?
-
Why am I not getting news updates from you since I have recently completed the form on the bottom of the home page?
Have you also registered with the online service? If so, it may be because you have opted out of email marketing. Requests for updates via our website do not override marketing preferences set when you register with the online service. Please check and update your marketing preferences on your online service profile.
-
You mention doing market research in the privacy notice, what is this?
From time to time we or our research partners may contact you to take part in surveys and other research to help us improve the products and services that we offer. If you don’t want to receive any market research invitations, just let us know.
-
Are 'Exempt Professional Firms' allowed to register and use the new online service?
Yes if the firm is listed on the FCA website as an 'Exempt Professional Firm'. NS&I will use the reference number quoted on the page as an FCA Firm Reference Number for NS&I purposes.
-
Will NS&I offer a Lifetime ISA?
We don’t currently have any plans to offer a Lifetime ISA, but we keep our range of products under constant review to ensure they meet the needs of savers.

How can my client invest/ deposit a large amount electronically into NS&I easily?
If your client’s NS&I account is already open, they can top up their account by bank transfer. Full details of how to do this for each of our accounts can be found on our website.
If your client wants to open a new NS&I account online with a large amount, please ask them to check their bank’s upper limit for debit card payments (we can accept up to a maximum of £99,999). If the limit is lower than the amount they want to deposit, they can open the account with a smaller amount and then make a larger deposit by bank transfer when the account is up and running.
