While there may be some delays and changes to our services, we would like to assure you that our services are still running.

An update on our services for financial advice firms

Our dedicated website for advice firms (www.nsandi-adviser.com) is always available for all the information and forms that you need. You can download our forms from the Resources page.

We’re working with much smaller teams at the moment due to the coronavirus outbreak. Our top priority is to help customers who need to take money out or pay money in, and to help our most vulnerable customers. This means our general correspondence, including registering for the Adviser online service, is taking longer than usual. We’ll update you again when our service is getting back to normal.

In the meantime, please bear with us if we are taking longer than usual to process any requests you have made – we will be working hard to get back to you as soon as we can.

We recommend that you send in any future paperwork via recorded delivery, that way you will be able to check and be reassured that it has arrived safely with us for processing.

Our dedicated adviser helpline remains open – 0800 092 1228 / adviser@nsandi.com

We will give priority to advice firms with queries related to helping clients who are most in need and those who need to take money out or pay money in.

Other queries will take longer than usual.

How you can help your clients

Encourage your clients to go online at nsandi.com for any transactions, including to make new applications, to transfer between NS&I accounts, to check their balances and to choose to have any Premium Bonds prizes paid to their bank account. This will be much faster and easier at this time than providing forms by post.

If your clients are not registered for our customer online service and want to pay money into an existing NS&I account, please advise them to make a transfer from their bank account.

If your firm has registered for our online service for financial advice firms, this will continue to have all the up to date information on your clients’ holdings with NS&I. So please check there before calling NS&I.
